Photography was never just a job - it was always a matter of the heart. With her bachelor's degree in business administration, she has the business foundation that a creative business needs to function in the long term.

Markus has been working as a wedding photographer and software developer for over 12 years. He knows the feeling when a bride and groom book you for the most important day of their lives - and he also knows the downside: full weekends, long nights of editing and the constant balancing act between creativity and organization.
We both love what we do. The moments, the emotions, the people. But behind the scenes it often looked different - Excel spreadsheets, scattered notes, five different tools and the feeling of spending more time on administration than on photography.
And so we faced the same problems again and again.

We didn't want another calendar tool. We wanted a system that understands how photographers really work - one that knows that a shoot is not a simple appointment, but a process with a request, offer, contract, preparation, execution and follow-up.
So we started to build it ourselves. Between shoots and weddings. In the evenings. At the weekend. With lots of coffee - and even more passion.
CreatorDesk is not a product from a corporate group.
It is the result of over two decades of combined photography experience, software development and business thinking - built by people who know the same everyday life as you.
It grows with every piece of feedback from the field. With every new idea. With every challenge that real photographers bring to the table. And perhaps that is precisely its greatest strength: it was not developed to have as many features as possible - but to solve real problems.
We believe that creativity and structure belong together. That a well-organized business leaves more room for what you actually became a photographer for.
