Prepared, on time, relaxed for the shoot.
Your clients get a personal link that looks like a little website on their phone: with their name, their appointment, directions to the location, outfit tips, the schedule, and a checklist. Set up once as a template, automatically personalised for every shoot.
Test free of chargePrepared clients make for better photos
Nobody reads a PDF attachment in an email from three weeks ago on the day of the shoot. A link that contains everything — they do.
Fewer no-shows and late arrivals
Clients who know the parking, duration, and schedule show up on time. A guide with directions and timing replaces three reminder messages.
The right outfits
A moodboard with example images from your shoots says more than the phrase "please wear muted colors".
A strong first impression
The guide is the first thing clients see from you after booking — in your brand's look, with your gallery's font.
Upsells before anyone asks
A section featuring photo books, additional images, or a second set sells quietly alongside everything else.
One template per shoot type
Family, wedding, business, newborn, nursery: you create one template per shoot type and fill it once with your texts and images from the media library. Ready-made demo templates help you get started.
- ✓Arrange, show, and hide sections via drag & drop
- ✓Welcome message, schedule, preparation, to-dos, outfit tips, moodboard, location, for the kids, wardrobe, questionnaire, prices, FAQ, contact, video
- ✓Four looks: Editorial, Fine Art, Modern Brand, Warm Boho
- ✓AI suggests texts in your voice
A personal link for each client
The template generates a guide with its own link — attached to a project, an event booking, or standalone for an inquiry. First name, date, location, and package are pulled from the project — no copying required.
- ✓No login, no app download, not indexed by search engines
- ✓Optionally protected with a PIN and expiry date
- ✓Add the appointment to the client's calendar with one click
- ✓You can see whether the guide has been opened
To-dos to check off, with due dates
You enter three to five items per client, and the guide calculates the due date for that exact appointment. Clients check items off directly in the guide, and you see the status on the project card.
From the wardrobe section, they send you their favorites; the questionnaire brings the answers straight into the client file.
Sends itself after booking
By email from your outbox, as a link, or via WhatsApp. On the shoot package and event, you set which guide goes out automatically after confirmation. For clients who don't speak your language, the AI translates the finished guide.

Frequently asked questions about the shooting guide
Do my clients need an account or an app?
No. The guide is a link that opens in the phone's browser. Checking off items, sending favorites, and adding the appointment to the calendar all work without logging in.
Does a new template affect guides that have already been sent?
No. Every guide is its own copy. Changes to the template apply to new guides, while edits to an individual guide are visible immediately.
Can the guide be sent out automatically after booking?
Yes, from CreatorDesk Pro onwards. On the shooting package or event, you select the template; after confirmation, the personal guide is created and sent as a separate email from your outbox.
Is the guide publicly discoverable?
No. The link is unguessable and blocked from search engines. If you wish, you can additionally protect it with a PIN and an expiry date.
