One event per photo session — with an organizer (daycare, school, club) and their groups or classes, which you reuse for the next year.
1. Create event
Event type daycare or school, auto-generate time slots or just a seat count without times, set registration deadline. Assign slots and days to groups or classes.
2. Parents register
Via the registration link, parents choose a time slot and group, enter the child's name (optionally first and last name separately, optionally date of birth), and sign the consent form.
3. Photograph & upload
A QR code is generated per booking or per child. If you photograph the QR card, the bulk upload recognizes the code and sorts the photos into the correct gallery.
4. Gallery & sales
Parents receive the link to their gallery by email, select the images from their package, and purchase additional photos or prints.
Consent of legal guardians, digitally signed
For minor shootings, you activate guardian consent per event and add your own consent text. Parents sign directly in the registration form, even on mobile.

Registration that fits your daycare
Siblings in one registration
Parents add multiple children to the same registration. Can be disabled per event, in which case exactly one child per registration applies. Includes a separate notice text for parents.
Personal invitation links
Create invitation links with a note about who received them, and share them via link or WhatsApp. Optionally, registration is only possible via a personal link, and only once per email address.
Registration list as Excel, CSV, and PDF
Excel or CSV with one row per child and group — ideal for checking with the daycare who is still missing. The PDF lists all dates and bookings.
Payment at registration
Optionally require the full price or a reservation fee at registration — online by card or PayPal, or by bank transfer on invoice.
Custom registration form
Attach a form from the form builder, for example for background selection or allergies. Selection fields appear as separate columns in the export.
Registration page in other languages
BetaParents can view the registration page in English, Turkish, Ukrainian, or Arabic. Currently in beta and only available on request.

Yes. You offer photo packages, individual images, and prints; preview images carry your watermark. Through the integration with Pixelfoto Express, print orders are automatically sent to the lab — either to you or delivered directly to families at home.
Can I export the registration list?
Yes, as Excel (.xlsx) or CSV with one row per child including group, and as a PDF with all appointments and bookings.
