What is CreatorDesk?
CreatorDesk is the all-in-one business software for creative freelancers - photographers, videographers, DJs, florists, wedding planners and others. At its core is the CRM: customer management, quotes, invoices, contracts, accounting with EÜR and DATEV export, booking calendar and wedding planning. In addition, the platform offers resources such as Lightroom presets (for photographers), video tutorials, Canva templates, calculators, legal generators and a free feed planner for Instagram and TikTok.
How does the store work?
You will find all available products and memberships in the store. After your purchase, your access will be activated automatically and you will find the content in your dashboard.
Can I request an individual shoot?
Yes, just write to me via the contact form or directly to kontakt@creatordesk.de. I will then get in touch with you to discuss everything else: Location, concept, styling and price.

Is CreatorDesk GDPR compliant? Where is my data stored?
Yes, CreatorDesk is fully GDPR-compliant. All data is stored exclusively on servers in Germany. There is no data transfer to third countries. Customer data, invoices, contracts and uploads are encrypted and only accessible to you.
Does CreatorDesk also work on the smartphone?
Yes, CreatorDesk is fully responsive and works on smartphone, tablet and desktop - all you need is a browser. The dashboard, customer management, invoices and all other functions automatically adapt to your screen size.
Is there an app or just the website?
CreatorDesk is a web app - you use it directly in your browser without installing anything. On your smartphone, you can add CreatorDesk as a shortcut to the home screen via your browser - then it opens like a normal app.
How do I get access?
Register with your e-mail address. After confirmation, you can test CreatorDesk Pro for 14 days free of charge - without payment details. After that, you decide which package suits you best. The Feed Planner and selected resources are permanently free to use.
How can I delete my account?

Can I reset my password?

What are passkeys and how do I log in with them?
Passkeys are a secure and convenient alternative to passwords. Instead of entering your password, you log in with your fingerprint, facial recognition (Face ID) or your device PIN. Passkeys are phishing-resistant and replace both passwords and two-factor authentication.
How do I set up a passkey?
Melde dich im CreatorDesk an und gehe zu deinem Profil. Dort findest du den Bereich „Passkeys". Klicke auf „Neuen Passkey registrieren", vergib einen Namen und bestätige die Registrierung mit deinem Fingerabdruck, Face ID oder Windows Hello.
What is CreatorDesk CRM?
CreatorDesk is a complete customer and order management system (CRM) for creative freelancers. Bookings from your calendar automatically create a new client and a linked project. You can also manage quotes, invoices, contracts and appointments - all in one place.
What CreatorDesk packages are available?
There are three packages: Starter (9,90€/Mo) with customer management and projects, Pro (24,90€/Mo) with offers, invoices, contracts, dunning, calendar and more, and Business (39,90€/Mo) with finance module, EÜR, DATEV export, own domain and unlimited forms. All packages can be canceled monthly.
Can I test CreatorDesk free of charge?
Yes, after registration you can test CreatorDesk Pro for 14 days free of charge and without obligation. No payment details required, no automatic renewal. After that, simply choose the package that suits you.
How does customer management work?
Customers are automatically created from calendar bookings. If an existing customer books again, they are automatically recognized. There is also an activity timeline, duplicate detection with merging and automatic customer numbers.
What can project management do?
Projects are linked to customers and run through a pipeline from request to completion. You can define project types, plan deadlines, create checklists and track progress.
How do quotations and invoices work?
You create quotes and invoices with individual items, optional discount and tax. Each document is automatically assigned a number and can be generated as a PDF, sent by e-mail and viewed online. Quotations can be converted into invoices with a single click.
Is there a dunning system?
Yes, CreatorDesk has a three-stage dunning system with configurable dunning fees and deadlines. Reminders are generated as PDFs and can be sent by email.
Can I create contracts and have them signed digitally?
Yes, you create contracts with customizable templates and send them by email. The customer can view the contract online and sign it digitally - including signature capture, IP address and time stamp.
How does the calendar and scheduling work?
You can see all projects and appointments in the calendar. You define availability rules and customers can book via your public calendar link. A customer and a project are automatically created from each booking.
What are service packages?
Predefined packages per order type (e.g. wedding shoot, DJ set, bridal bouquet, day-of coordination) with duration, price and included services. For mini sessions, workshops or tastings, you can also create events with bookable time slots.
Can I import/export customers, appointments and invoices?
CSV import/export for customers, quick entry and calendar import for appointments, ZIP download for invoice PDFs and DATEV export for the tax consultant.
Are there statistics and evaluations?
From the Pro package: Statistics overview with key figures on customers, projects and sales. The dashboard shows you open inquiries, upcoming projects and recent activities.
Can I define my own number ranges and standard texts?
Yes, in the CRM settings you can customize all number prefixes and store standard texts for quotations, invoices, contracts and reminders.
What happens to my data when my parcel expires?
Your data remains completely intact. You will only lose access to the CRM area. As soon as you book a package again, all your data will be available immediately.
Can I change my package at any time?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your package at any time. Your access will be switched seamlessly - without data loss and without interruption.
What does the finance module offer?
Included in the business package: Financial overview with KPIs, bank overview with automatic account assignment, cash register/cash book, expense management, e-invoice (ZUGFeRD/Factur-X), EÜR and DATEV export.
How does automatic account assignment work with bank import?
During CSV import, CreatorDesk automatically recognizes assignments to open invoices and expenses. The system suggests assignments with a confidence rating, which you confirm with a click.
What is the DATEV export?
A posting batch in DATEV-CSV format for your tax advisor - including SKR04 chart of accounts, automatically created from invoices, payments, expenses and cash.
What is the cash register (cash book)?
A digital cash book for cash movements: Cash receipts, cash expenditures, private withdrawals and private deposits. The cash balance is calculated automatically and business postings are included in the income statement.
How does the EÜR (revenue surplus calculation) work?
The EÜR is created automatically from invoice payments, bank entries, cash receipts and expenses. It takes into account the small business regulation (§19 UStG) and can be exported as a PDF.
What is my own domain and how do I set it up?
In the business package: A separate domain for all public customer links. Set DNS entry (CNAME to creatordesk.de), check domain - done.
What is the e-invoice (ZUGFeRD/Factur-X)?
Mandatory for B2B invoices since 2025. CreatorDesk generates PDF/A-3 with embedded XML file (Factur-X BASIC) - machine-readable and legally compliant.
What is the Feed Planner?
A free tool for visually planning your Instagram or TikTok feed. Upload images, arrange them using drag & drop, analyze color harmony - as a realistic smartphone preview.
Is the Feed Planner free of charge?
Yes, completely free for all registered members. No membership or special product required.
Which platforms does the Feed Planner support?
Instagram (1:1 grid) and TikTok (9:16 grid). You can switch between the platforms at any time.
How does the color analysis work?
When uploading, the dominant color is automatically extracted and displayed as a colored stripe below the image - so you can see the color harmony of your feed at a glance.
Can I enter texts and hashtags for my posts?
Yes! You can enter captions and hashtags in the detail panel and copy them to the clipboard later with one click.
Can I create multiple feed plans?
Yes, as many as you like - e.g. one for Instagram and one for TikTok, or different plans for different content strategies.
What is live coaching?
Personal 1:1 video calls or group sessions on posing, light set-up, image editing or business set-up via meet.daria-flack.de - only a browser required.
How do I book a coaching session?
Buy a coaching package in the store, the contingent is automatically stored in the dashboard. We will then coordinate dates together.
How do I take part in a coaching call?
Im Dashboard unter „Live-Coaching" wird 15 Minuten vor dem Termin der „Jetzt beitreten"-Button aktiv. Ein Klick öffnet den Videocall im Browser.
What do I need for the video call?
A current browser, internet connection, camera and microphone. No installation or extra registration required.
What is the difference between individual and group coaching?
Individual coaching: 1:1 on your individual questions. Group coaching: Several participants on a specific topic (e.g. lighting setup workshop).
How many coaching sessions do I have left?
Im Dashboard unter „Live-Coaching" siehst du deine verbleibenden Sitzungen. Stattgefundene Sitzungen werden automatisch abgezogen.
Can I postpone or cancel a coaching appointment?
Register as early as possible. Unfortunately, appointments that are not kept without cancellation will be deducted from the quota.
Can I also attend the coaching in person?
Yes, in addition to online video calls, we also offer sessions live in the studio - ideal for hands-on topics such as lighting set-up and posing.

How do I use a form template?
Im Dashboard unter „Formulare" → „Vorlagen" eine Vorlage wählen und „Verwenden" klicken. Im Drag-and-Drop-Builder kannst du alles anpassen.
Can I use the form templates outside of CreatorDesk?
No, the templates only work within CreatorDesk. However, you can share completed forms with customers via a link.
How many forms can I create?
1 form free of charge. For more, you need a form package from the store.
How do I share my form with customers?
You will receive a unique link to share via email, WhatsApp or on your website. Customers can fill in without registration.
Can I edit a form at a later date?
Yes, at any time in the builder - add, remove, rearrange fields. Submissions that have already been received remain unaffected.
