Our contracts are signed digitally by both parties - legally binding and with comprehensive preservation of evidence in accordance with EU standards.
Two signatures
First you sign as the service provider, then your customer - each with a handwritten signature on the screen.
Tamper protection
A cryptographic hash (SHA-256) of the contract content is created for each signature.
Seamless audit trail
The IP address, time stamp and device information are recorded for both parties and documented in the signed PDF.
Unchangeable PDFs
As soon as both parties have signed, the signed PDF is saved unalterably.
eIDAS-compliant
Electronic signature in accordance with Art. 25 (1) of the eIDAS Regulation (EU) No. 910/2014.
Automatic copy
After signing, your customer will automatically receive a copy of the signed contract by e-mail.
