Frequently asked questions
Is the amount freely selectable?⌄
Yes, if you allow it: clients enter their desired amount. Alternatively, you set a fixed voucher value, for example for a specific shooting.
How long is a voucher valid?⌄
The statutory period applies: three years, calculated from the end of the year in which the voucher was purchased. CreatorDesk sets the date automatically; you can extend it at any time.
Where can a voucher be redeemed?⌄
When booking a shooting package and for gallery orders. For each voucher you define where it can be used. In the overview you can see which vouchers are still valid and which have been redeemed.
Do I need Stripe?⌄
No. Your clients pay via Stripe, PayPal, or prepayment by bank transfer, just as you set it up. For prepayment, the voucher is sent out as soon as you mark the payment as received.
And the best part: the gift card is just the beginning.
Redemption happens right where bookings and orders are placed — the invoice is generated automatically.
